PaymentFossilicious.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for all online purchases. You may also use a check or money order to pay off line. Checks must clear prior to shipment.

Address Verification

For your online shopping security, we will only ship to addresses that have been verified by the payment processor. For cardholders, this is the billing address connected with your credit or debit card. For other payment processors (such as paypal) this is the registered and confirmed address with the processor. If you aren't sure whether your shipping address is verified, please contact us.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

All orders will be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service). We offer free shipping on orders over $25.00. Your order will be processed as soon as possible and is expected to arrive to most U.S. Locations within 7-14 business days. You will be emailed the tracking number or shipment confirmation for your order when the item ships. To check the status of your order, or inquire about our shipping services to your specific location, please email us at dougmann@Fossilicious.com. If you have received a tracking number and would like to check the status of your shipment, try the following:

USPS.com is our primary shipping choice. You may track your order at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. We use other shipping services upon request, You will find tracking information for them here: ups.com, fedex.com, or DHL.com. You may also contact us for help in tracking your packages.

Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll work to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Rest assured, that if we've made a mistake with your order, there will be no cost to you to get the correct or missing items. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us. We will make it right or refund your money. Please read our additional policies for lost or damaged shipments, or for manufacturer's warranties.

Please note that any item returned to us must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All packages shipped to us without an RA Number will be returned to you and you will not be reimbursed for the shipping expense. To obtain an RA Number, or inquire about lost/damaged shipments or manufacturer's defects, please email our returns department at returns@Fossilicious.com.

Any authorized returns must include the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
  • Original invoice or receipt.

Please contact us using the form on the Contact Us Page before shipping your product(s) to either our location or our manufacturer's location, to be sure that you're taking the right steps in getting the assistance you need - and to avoid costly shipping errors.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you have received a damaged shipment, or if your order becomes lost, please alert us right away. All items are insured when they are shipped and, in most cases, the freight carrier will reimburse us for the lost product and the shipping fees. Once we receive the reimbursement confirmation, we will be happy to ship a new product to you.Please inspect all packages upon arrival for damages. If you notice any damage or have any concerns, please email dougmann@Fossilicious.com. To make a claim on damaged shipments, you must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the package(s). If the item needs to be returned to us, it will require a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Some of the products offered on http://www.Fossilicious.com may come with manufacturer's warranties and any claim against a product defect covered under the warranty should be made directly with the manufacturer. In most cases, the manufacturer contact information is available with your shipment. If you have lost or misplaced the warranty, please email support@Fossilicious.com and we will email a copy to you. In most cases, the manufacturer will require the original purchase receipt, so please keep your order receipts in a safe and secure place.
