Stromatolite Slab From Morocco 04 With Stand

This Stromatolite slab #04 is about 4 inches x 2 inches and about .25 inches thick. One side is rough as it was found and the other side has been cut showing off the layers of the specimen. It is easy to see the many layers of the fossil. It also shows the layered formation in its rough textured appearance. A rare example of one of earth's earliest life forms about 600 million years old. It was found in Morocco.
