Stromatolite Slab From Morocco 01 With Stand

Stromatolite slab #01 is about 5.5 inches x 3.5 inches and more than .25 inch thick. Both sides have been cut showing off the layers of the specimen. It is easy to see the many layers of the fossil. It also shows the layered formation in its rough textured appearance. A rare example of one of earth's earliest life forms about 600 million years old from Morocco.
