Fossil coral, Actinocyathus 01

Fossilized coral Actinocyathus sp. #01 measures 2 x 1.5 inches. it was found in the Assa Zag area in the far south of Morocco. This extinct rugose colonial coral.Is from the Pennsylvanian sub period of the Carboniferous Period and is about 300 million years old.
