Description
Fossilized coral Favosites spinigerus is an extinct colonial coral from the middle Silurian Period. It is about 424 million years old. It was found in the Waldron Shale Formation and was found in Bartholomew County, Indiana. This is a sample of our inventory. Your Favosites spinigerus will look very much like the one pictured. Each specimen is about 1 inch long.
