With our Expandable Fossil Collections you can start small and build your collection over time. They are set up in 6 fossils sets so you can have 6, 12, 18, and 24 piece collections without duplicates. The completed 24 piece collection has at least one fossil from each Geologic Era and one from each Geologic Period. The oldest fossils are 2.5 Billion Years old! The youngest fossils come from the Pleistocene Epoch of the Cenozoic Era and are less than 1.8 million years old. This is the same great collection as our 24 piece bagged collection but broken into smaller pieces that can be purchased individually.
