Our Crocodile Teeth are from the Cretaceous Period and were found in the Kem Kem fossil beds of Morocco. These crocodiles were similar to the crocs of today, though somewhat larger.
The tooth pictured is representative of our inventory. Each tooth is unique and all of them will have some wear. They range in size from 0.75 inch to 1.5 inches. Your fossil crocodile tooth will be similar to the one pictured.
Crocodiles have a very successful body plan that has changed very little since the Cretaceous Period. They evolved from the phytosaurs of the Jurassic Period.
