Description
Mucrospirifer Brachiopods are a genus of extinct brachiopods having a very long hinge line giving them a distinctive winged appearence. These specimens are from the Middle Devonian Period about 370 million years ago. It was found in the Widder Formation in Ontario, Canada. This is a sample of our inventory. Yours will look very much like the one pictured here. All specimens are over 1 inch across.
