"The Chakra Stones in this meditation pouch were gathered to support you in your meditation and healing practices. Each stone is aligned with a particular chakra. You may hold each stone as you focus on the chakra, or you may lay down and place the stones on each chakra. Alternatively, You may place the stones in a circle around you as you sit in meditation. State your intent as you begin, then feel your energies expand with the color vibrations of your chakra stones.

Chakras are seven energy centers in the body. Chakras support connection of the body with the earth and the sky. They support balance and harmony within the body and between the body and the natural world.

Each chakra supports particular aspects of the physical, emotional and spiritual body and vibrates to a particular color energy. Mineral and crystal energies vibrate to support the chakras and maintain balance. Using them as part of a regular meditation practice can help the user energize and balance the chakra centers, maintaining health and harmony within and without."
